COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Grom owner and rider, Alex Holton, finishes placing the last refrigerator magnet on her speeding ticket. “I made sure it’s front and center,” Alex said.
Alex is one of the few Grom riders in history to reach the speeds necessary to warrant a speeding ticket.
“I’d like to thank my petite size, the tail wind, the school zone, and the police officer with no sense of humor for helping me achieve this once-in-a-lifetime citation… I mean award,” Alex said.
For Alex, this has fueled her appetite for taking on other nearly impossible tasks.
“I think for my next miracle, I'll keep my license riding a Ninja H2.”
