
Suzuki has announced that it will sponsor the Time Square Ball Drop to celebrate the sheer number of balls the company managed to drop in 2022. “After dropping out of MotoGP, canceling the GSX-R 1000, still not giving the DRZ a 6th gear, and more or less abandoning our motorcycle branch, this seemed like the obvious move to make,” said the head of marketing for Suzuki. “We’re excited to see what bold-new graphics await us in 2023.” This will be Suzuki’s most expensive marketing effort behind sponsoring season 2 of ‘Squid Games.’
